The Scrub Shop will NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are shipped to an apartment, condo, townhouse, etc.
Our average turnaround time for all non-decorated items is between 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. Please add 3-5 business days for any order that requires decoration/embroidery. We ship all orders via UPS Ground.

Return Policy
At The Scrub Shop, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
We are happy to provide returns and exchanges of merchandise with adhering to the following policies:
- Returns/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Garments that have been worn, washed, or soiled may NOT be exchanged or returned.
- Uniforms that have been customized or altered may NOT be returned.
- All Shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
- All non-standard/stocked items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
When returning an item, you will get free shipping on the replacement order.
We can supply a return label for your items for a flat $10 fee.
